Welcome to Ledgecroft Labradors!

My "love affair" with the Labrador Retriever began with the purchase of a black female in 1987, "Breezy". Her willingness to please and her gentle nature with my children was amazing. We began showing her in fun matches and obedience trials, we were hooked! Unfortunately her hips did not clear. She remained to be our best friend until the age of 14 1/2.

Our search was on to find a show quality puppy, this led us to Mary Ellen Pfeifle of Hampshire Kennels. We happened to be at the right place at the right time with our purchase of "Hampshire's Ledgecroft Lady" aka "Meg"......

and so began Ledgecroft Labradors.

Our dogs are selectively bred to produce an all around retriever for the show ring, the field and most importantly to be your constant companion.

Our dogs are the English/show type, all of our dogs are certified by the O.F.A. (Orthopedic Foundation for Animals), for hips and elbows. Their eyes are cleared annually.

We are members of The Labrador Retriever Club of Greater Boston.
Our puppies are sold on a Limited Registration. Stud service provided to approved bitches.
